Let the Urban League help you reduce your cooling

Applying only takes a few minutes of your
time and you will enjoy the benefits all year.
Walk-in Applications accepted Monday and Thursdays (only) at
10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

All you need to submit an application and qualify is:
Identification for everyone in the home
Proof of income and current tax return for everyone in the home
Current Gas Bill and Current Electric Bill
Proof of Homeownership / Rental Agreement

The Weatherization Assistance program provides a range of residential improvement services to reduce energy costs, increase safety and provide an increased quality of life for qualified residents of St. Louis City.

Licensed contractors perform and complete authorized work for residents.

The Weatherization Assistance Program services may include:

Wall and Ceiling Insulation

Sealing Air Leaks in the home

Installing Weather Stripping

 Dryer Venting

Glazing and Repairing Windows and Doors

Performing Minor Duct Repair

Hot Water Tank Repair

Furnace Repair or Replacement

Eligibility

The Urban League provides weatherization assistance to qualified homeowners and renters residing in

St. Louis City.

The Urban League emphasizes service to elderly persons living on a fixed income, the disabled, and families with children.

There is no cost to qualified homeowners or renters for weatherization services.
