Meeting Families Basic Needs Empowering families through impactful programs that change lives.  Core programs include: Community Outreach, Food Pantry, LIHEAP, Dollar More, Community Clothes Closet, 100 Neediest Cases, Utility Assistance, Rent/Mortgage Assistance.

Civic Engagement and Social Justice Improving public policy to achieve social justice.

Core programs include: Public Safety Advisory Council, Young Professionals, Guild, Federation of Block Units, and NULITES.

Sustainable Quality Services - The Urban League will continue to build the administrative and fundraising capacity of the organization to ensure that all services remain the highest of quality. The Urban League will increase community awareness of the people we serve and our unique strength to do so. Additionally, we will continue to maintain our leadership reputation as one of the most successful Urban Leagues in the nation.
