HOMELESS PREVENTION

• The Homeless Prevention Program assists families with rent/mortgage assistance in an effort to prevent homelessness.

 

• The Homeless Prevention Program provides financial assistance to eligible residents of St. Louis bi-state area.   

 

• The Homeless Prevention Program provided rent or mortgage assistance to nearly 350 St. Louis families lat year. 

 

• Funding is provided from the Affordable Housing Trust, FEMA and the Missouri Department of Social Services/Family Services Division through the Missouri Emergency Shelter Grant (MESG) Program.
